The story is that Katt Williams was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon on him at the check-out point of the airport and then there were other weapons found in his luggage. I think Jim Jones made him do it. Lol. Baaaalllllliiiinnnn!. Anyway, he has a felony pending against him in this case and he has a so-called warrant for some stuff that happened in Kalamazoo. Only a comedian like Katt Williams, would have a warrant in a place called Kalamazoo. I wonder if this effect Katt from hosting the first annual BET Hip Hop Awards? Hopefully not. We'll just have to see.

Honestlyyyyy! If I tell.... Tell you all.... Well, I will. Lumidee is coming back. She's trying to make sure that she is not known as the Best Summer One Hit Wonder of all history. I'm telling you, me and my friends listened to that song about 2 thousand times on our trip to Virgina for Black College Weekend. We had a blast blasting her song. Then we wondered, what ever happened to that girl that sang, "Uh ohhh"? I don't know what happened, but she's coming back with a new crew. She's has accepted a deal TVT Records, so I'm looking forward to hearing Lil Jon screaming on the back of his track. She's coming out with a new record called, Unexpected in 2007. He said that he wanted to tell Delishis but the information got leaked through the internet first and the other girls from the show told her first. I wonder how she feels knowing that he kept that a secret from her. That whole show is suspect and it makes African American women look desperate and tasteless, but it's funny as all hell.

Being that I listen to the Experience religiously, the interviews that were filmed I have already heard. But there were funny parts like when Fonzworth Bentley couldn't pronounce her champagne. LOL. This episode she had Bentley, Ice-T and Coco, and Lionel Richie. She did a red carpet special where she asked Russell Simmons if he and Kimora were still slaying the sheets. That was so funny. Weezy makes it rain at Morgan State University and now he might be facing criminal charges. On October 13, Wayne performed at the State school's homecoming concert. While performing his latest hit, "Make It Rain" his "MC Hammer" entourage tossed out money into the crowd. Now, now, now... Who's dumb idea was this? Throwing money out to a bunch of broke, hungry and in debt college students is not a very smart thing to do. Well, the money hungry students scrambled on the floor to get these dollars and in the process, 3 women were injured and 1 fainted. Authorities are still thinking about whether or not, Weezy should be personally held responsible. For right now, Wayne and his camp is no longer welcomed at Morgan State. I don't really know how I feel about him facing criminal charges for this. Things that make you go Hmmmm.

Jermaine Dupri isn't happy with the way Virgin Records marketed off his boo's, Janet Jackson, latest debut album and for this reason he has decided to call it quits. Mr. JD has been in and out of the news in regards to this situation. Compared to Janets other albums, her latest one, "20 Y.O." has done the worse in sales. Her first week didn't even make it to number one and that is not like Janet. JD is pissed off and is blaming the whole failure of her album on Virgin. It is said that he has walked out and has left his position. I think that Janet's album was poorly marketed but as a CEO of the label, don't you have some say in how it gets marketed. I mean, that is his girlfriend, so I imagine that he did have some say. Also, her video that features Khia and Jermaine is boring. Why would they have Khia stuck in a television set? People haven't seen her since "My Neck, My Back" and probably was wanting to see her and not just her head in the video. I was disappointed in that. But if anyone is looking for a job, apply for CEO at Virgin Records.

"Rotten Apples" just couldn't stand up to to Rod Stewarts album, "Still The Same...". Rod has too many fans which are worldwide. He's an icon that's been around for years. Lloyd did good though in regards to his sales. He sold a whopping 143,000 copies of his sour apples. 100,000 was probably bought by his MC Hammer type entourage. G Unit is soooo deep. I'm proud of Banks though. Congrats.

Jeffrey Wins Project Runway!!!

How will a former addict withstand a new world of more sex, drugs and rock n roll? Last night, I had a flat tire coming from the gym and I said, "Screw it! I'm going home to watch 'Project Runway'" I watched it knowing that my favorite Micheal Knight, wasn't going to win. Last night rude ass Jeffrey won. I hope that he uses his fame as a stepping stone for a new life for himself and his family. He has creative ideas and style, but some of his garments were "What the ..." pieces. The only thing that I'm worried about is him being plastered all over the front pages of papers like Kate Moss. During the show, Jeffrey revealed his past on drugs and his suicidal attempt. He actually did hang himself where a roommate found him and saved his life. He's been clean now for 5 years and I hope that he stays that way. I do wish him luck and I think that he will make the world look fabulous. I still think Micheal Knight will make the world look even better though. Love ya Micheal.

"There are 3 people I don't mess with. It's the I the R and the S". I guess Wesley Snipes didn't watch Set It Off because the IRS has issued a warrant for his arrest in regards to tax fraud charges. I don't really want to get all into the technological side of it all, but Wesley has been dipping out on his dues. They are accusing him and his two friends for stiffing the government of 12 million dollars. One of his friends has pleaded not guilty to the charges and turned himself in. Snipes' other buddy is said to be in Panama and I don't think that he will be coming back now that he knows the IRS is on his tail. Sexy dark chocolate is M.I.A and that doesn't mean that he's in Miami. He's no where to be found. They even say that he is no stranger to tax fraud and actually had his home foreclosed due to it in 2003. Don't people ever learn their lesson? I mean, here you have a multi-millionaire not paying taxes. When you're rich there are so many loops to go through in order to pay taxes but not get hit really big by Uncle Sam. I think that Wesley should fire his accountant. Wait, maybe he doesn't have one now that I think about it. LOL.

Last night, after Diddy's fabulous all black attire release party, rapper Fabolous was shot. Fabolous went to Puff's resturant, Justin's to get some soul food when there was gun fire. In the mist of it all. Fabolous got hit in the thigh. When Fab realized he was shot, his friends tried to rush him to the hospital when they were pulled over for running red lights. Police then found unlicensed handguns in the vehicle and Fab with his entourage were arrested. So, I guess that it's safe to say that Fabolous had a crazy after party.

This weekend, Ali was tasered by police after being pulled over for traffic violations. Ali says that the Po-Po cuffed him to backseat to of the squad car and tasered him over 50 times. Awww. I guess the police weren't trying to hear his tip drill. He was actually pulled over for having an expired licesnse and tags and things just got hot (no punt intended). It's funny how half of these pictures are very familiar and the other half isn't. Well, it's because one of these faces has been non-existent for years and the other is fresh and new. These pics were taken yesterday at the VH1 Hip Hop Honors Celebrity Hoops game in NYC. In the picture with Mr. Dougie Fresh is Lil Vicious. You ask who he is. He's the young Jamaican lyricist that had the hit reggae record, "Freaks." That song was hot when I was in Junior High. I even won a talent show freaking(dancing, lol) to that song. Yesterday, Jay Z's album had another leak that Flex dropped about 100 bombs on. His single, "Kingdom Come" is the second single to be leaked off of his new album that doesn't hit stores until November 21. Last week, when his other single, "Show Me What You Got" was released without permission, Def Jam executives said that they will take FBI action to find out who has been releasing these songs to the public. After this statement was publically announced, Radio's hot head, Miss Jones told her listeners that Jam's people dropped the single off to Angie Martinez(another radio personality) to play. Who do you believe? Well, Def Jam has now asked that the Radio world exempt themselves from playing his songs from his new album for their fear of hurting his album sales. I personally am not feeling any of the singles that I have heard, so I think that their fear is well reasoned. Maybe this all just a ploy for the bootleggers. Maybe these songs will not be on his album. Things that make you go hmmmm.

Suge Knight is so called bankrupt, but he's looking for new Benjamin's. He will be playing himself in a upcoming Tupac Shakur movie. Monica Albums Sales Are Bad!

Yesterday, Billboard dropped the numbers on album sales and Monica's debut The Making's of Me were very far from the number 1 spot. She brought in 93,000 of albums sold giving her the number 8 spot. I don't what happened. I bought the album and it is good. Though it only has 10 tracks, there are good songs on there. I enjoyed listening to it on my iPod. This album has to have the record for her lowest sales. Everyone in the "A" needs to be supporting her. They do say that it's hard for you to make that come back after you've been gone for a while.

She brought some class to this event. But even thought this award show looked ghetto as all hell, you have to love the "A" because they are who they are. Lloyd Banks Had A Listening Party Last Night!

Mr. Money Banks had his first listening party last night at the grown and sexy Nikki Beach lounge. That place is sexy as hell. Well, Lloyd teamed up with Bacardi Mojito and had a party. In the very beginning, the party was so boring. EWven with the free drinks, I was bored as all hell. The funny thing about this listening party was that I didn't hear any of Banks new music except for one song. LOL. They had a G-Unit fashion show which was pleasant. I must say that 50 is getting in touch with his feminine side because his women's line looked fairly decent. There were no big ol' "G-Unit" logo's all over the chick clothes. There was a sexy short set and cute winter jackets. There were topless models holding there breasts with Lloyd Banks and G-Unit art sprayed painted on their backs. They were modeling new jeans. The infamous Mobb and Yayo came out in their Gorilla gear walking the runway. Surprisingly, but not so much, Hot Rod was there also ripping the runway. He actually is nice looking. The questionable part of my night was when I seen Maino there. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't he have a diss record out now dissing people from the Unit. I'm not sure though. Can't recollect the actual lyrics. I'm sorry that I couldn't snap any pictures for this event but there were very strict rules that you had to abide by, so I left my camera home like it stated. But overall, the event was a blur with all the free Bacardi they were shoving down our throats. VIP was definitely popping (thanks Kev) and I had to make the night fun for me (Katie, you know what I mean. =) ) LOL. I can't tell you whether or not his album is worth getting, so use your own judgement today.

Jadakiss: Nothing To Smile About Now

This weekend (Oct. 7th), Jadakiss was arrested on weapon possession charges. Mr. Jason Phillips was in a vehicle with his entourage, when they were pulled over. The vehicle was then searched and to all the passenger's surprises, there was a gun under the seat. Oh my, they couldn't believe it. LOL. The Kiss of Death already has a record for gun charges where he made a plea agreement and was only charged a $900 fine. What i don't understand is if you know you have a gun in the car, why would you let the PoPo search it. You do have the right to say "no" when they ask you to search it. I guess it's the pressure at the moment and you just choke. I don't what causes such stupidity. Well, Jada and his friends will all be charged. Hopefully, the Judge will let him off as easy as the last time, but I doubt it.

I just want to address these rumors of Solange and Lil Wayne being a couple. This rumor has been spreading ugly this week. Today on my daily commute to work, I tuned into Power 105.1 and Egypt was pouring fire on the gas with her additions to the rumored story. She said, "They say that during Lil Wayne and Trina's relationship, Trina had 2 miscarriages and that's what caused friction between them." She went on to say that, "Solange is trying to divorce her husband." Well, I never understood why celebrities recycle partners. Is that cool? There are trillions of men and women out there and you celebs choose to recycle them. Yuck! What about the sound people or the backstage behind the scenes people? Why can't you date them? I never seen someone look so sexy in just a regular T-shirt and a fitted. Enough gloating and back to the story. =) Last week, G-Unit's number one on their Most Hated list, The Game, tried to squash the beef with 50 Cent while doing an on-air interview on Hot 97. He pleaded for Fif to call in and see if they can let go of their differences as "grown ups." Everyone knows that 50 had to be listening but there was no call from 50. Yesterday, Mr. Sexy Lips Banks was invited to Hot 97 to do an inteview with Funk Master Flex. Flex questioned Banks about Game's extended hand of peace. "Did 50 and Game squash the beef?" Banks clearly said "no." He said, "I personally don't like the dude. He's not sincere. I never liked the dude." He continued to say that The Game was wishy-washy because he continually changes his style. "First he has a tattoo of a butterfly on his face that was supposed to have so much meaning and then he tats the Dodgers over it." In Banks eyes, he doesn't see any reconciliation happening within himself and Game nor 50.

I will say this time and time again. Industry beef is wack. All of you have millions, so what's all the fuss about. None of you are living in the street, wondering if a bomb is going to hit your village, thinking about how you're going to feed your family tomorrow or if your newborn baby will survive through famine. Mr. T Has A New Show

If you didn't know, Mr. T was battling with cancer for a while before it went into remission, but he's not letting that stop him. He has a new reality show coming on TV Land. Nooo, it's not the A-Team reunion. LOL. It's his own show called I Pity The Fool. Who wouldn't have thought of that. Well, the show will have Mr. T going to diffeent states and countries helping people. Yeah, I'm lost too. On the preview I saw, he goes to help a father and son of a car dealership regain a positive relationship between each other. I guess he's the black version of Dr. Phil. The show premiere's on October 11th and don't look forward to seeing any new gold rope chains. When the ex-bouncer seen how the people effected by Hurricane Katrina were in great loss, he decided that it wouldn't be right to wear them and glorify material things. He stopped wearing them and donated a great amount of money to the Katrina victims. I wonder if he pawned those chains, but I doubt it. Be on the look out for his show. I probably will watch it once.

Miss Thang has definitely grown up. I remember when "Just One Of Those Days" came out, nobody couldn't tell me that I couldn't sing. What? I loved that song. As you can see, Monica has grown up into a great woman and mother. Her and Brandy set a huge example for R&B females. They took their rumored beef and made a lot of money off of it. "The Boy Is Mine" sold so many copies. They both won Grammy's for crying out loud. More artists need to learn how take the fame of having industry beef and making it into millions. That's how you make our music strong. Anyway, enough of the preaching. My girl Monica's album, "The Makings of Me" is dropping today and I suggest everyone go and support her. I will. A couple of days ago, I informed you about Nas getting his album pushed back. Well, by the looks of it, he isn't the only one. F-A-B-O is also getting his pushed back to February. Fabolous claims that he wants to give other producers a chance. What do ya'll think about that excuse? His album From The Bottom To The Top, was supposed to drop in October, then December and now next year. We'll see if he comes out in next year with his album. I'm not excited about it because I haven't heard any tracks from it yet, but maybe I will change my mind.

Earlier, I read about the tragic death Reverend Run's new born daughter and I didn't believe, but unfortunately the bad news is true. Rev Run released this comment on TMZ.com:

"On Sept. 26, 2006, Victoria Anne Simmons for some unknown reason chose to come early and unfortunately did not survive," his statement said. "We must accept whatever is there and once you accept unconditionally, then everything is beautiful. Every pain has a purifying effect. So whatever comes your way, just be thankful. We see life in death and believe in the celebration of life in death."

His words are very powerful. My deepest condolences go out to the whole family. I know that Justine is devasted but everything will be okay. Keep your head up. Rest In Peace little Victoria.

This picture of her is the only thing that can lead me to believe the rumors about T.I. and Hoopz from "Flava of Love" messing around. Is Nas the winner now? How many times will Nas' album, "Hip Hop Is Dead" going to get pushed back? First, it was to be released in September, then November 7. All of a sudden, his boss, Sean Carter, said that he was dropping his own album, "Kingdom Come" on November 21. Once again, Nas' album has been pushed back to DECEMBER 19. What is going on? I think the reality of it all was that a lot of budgeting people were going to save their chips to by Jay's album the folllowing week that Nas' dropped. But having "Hip Hop Is Dead" drop after Jay will guarantee him more sales. Come On, I think that Jay will go platinum the first week. I wonder if Nas was behind this decision? Exiled Editor in Cheif's, Benzino, David Mays and Mimi Valdes have all put their heads together for their love of Hip Hop and came up with the "Hip Hop Weekly." It is just what it sounds like. It will be a 72-page Hip Hop magazine which will produced every week. I think that it's a good idea. No more waiting a whole month to find out what is going on with your favorite and hated artists. There will columns written by style expert, Beverly Smith and Star, who got booted from 105.1. (He always find work. LOL) The Music Editor will be Rondell Conway, who was the Associate Music Editor of Vibe Magazine. =) The first issue of the weekly will be circulated on October 16. Even if you don't like any of these people, you should support and get yours for the love of the culture. The first issue will definitely be a collectible. "Adventures of Hollywood" will feature Juicy J and DJ Paul and their travels between Memphis and Los Angeles. Crunchy Black will not be a part of the televised venture, but I'm sure Juicy J has no problem with that. I personally don't think that this reality show will be on my "Must See" list. Yesterday, was the kick start for the new season of Oprah. Yeah, that's right. Oprah's On!!! She kicked off the show with her big BFF, Gayle, and a road trip across many lands. The only that struck me about this whole road trip being so unrealistic is that Oprah no damn navigation system. These two lost ladies were in the middle of Las Vegas making more U-turns than a dog chasing his own tail. And to add fire to the flame, her camera crew that was following her to film the whole thing didn't have one either. What the hell? A woman of Oprah financial achievement level should have a pimped out ride to make all your road trips dreams as comfy as possible. It just shocked me that she didn't have one. They had some big ol' doofy paper map. Who uses that? Maybe this year, during Oprah's Christmas special, she will get herself a navigation system.

VH1 Hip Hop Honors

It's that time again. Time to pay homage to Hip Hop's legend's at the Third Annual VH1 Hip Hop Honors. This year, moguls such as Russel Simmons, Wu-Tang, Ice Cube, Afrika Bambaata, MC Lyte, Beastie Boys, Rahkim and Eazy E will all be honored. It is said that Lil Kim will be performing one of MC Lyte's songs and I think that will something to see. It was nice to see Ciara and Nelly imitate an old LL Cool J song together. With the musical direction one the one and only ?uestlove, other performance will be by the Diddy, Q-Tip, Remy Ma, Fat Joe, George Clinton, Common, Talib Kweli, Young Jeezy, Lil Jon and Da Brat. Now out of the performances, I'm really looking forward to seeing Da Brat. I want to see if she's a lady or a thug now. How do you just keep switching your swagger like that? Last I heard she was in a odd couple with some old white dude, David Gest. The pics of them together looked like the were cut and pasted together to look like they were a couple. Overall, I'm glad that VH1 has taken the time out to honor these legends becuase they have helped to shape what music is today. Congrats to all the honorees. Make sure you watch it on October 17th.

Beyonce Is Upgrading The Charts

"To the left! To the left! All you other artists need to move to the left!" That's my "To The Left" remix. LOL. Beyonce murdered the charts yesterday when the official BillBoard numbers came in. She sold an outstanding 541,000 copies the first week. That's more than a half million copies. It doesn't matter who wants to talk booboo about Beyonce because her numbers show that the haters are only a small fraction of life. I personally didn't buy her album because I didn't feel the dieing need to, but I did hear it. I actually listened to "To The Left" all weekend (literally). I can honestly say that out of her 10 tracks, there are about 4 or 5 that I really like. I know you can tell which one's by just reading this.

Beyonce had one of the best selling debut albums of the year. When she does something, she aims to set goals in which she prevails. Her "B Day" album sold more copies the first week than "Dangerously in Love" (317,000 copies first week). We have to take our hats off to this lady because she is doing big things. Happy belated Birthday Beyonce. Enjoy your youth and have fun with it.

Hey my JahChink fans and readers!!!!! I definitely missed you all while I was up in the "A" a.k.a Atlanta, Ga. I had so much fun and met so many fabolous people. It was an event to go to if you were trying to make it in this business. You had big money people up there that you will probably never see again. You had the opportunity to really have more than a 5 second conversation with them. It was a great experience. The only thing was that the tickets were $600. Thank you to a special lady at The Rosen Group, that I didn't have to pay, but overall it would have been worth the money. Some of the pics above are Monica, Producer Rodney Jerkins, Ludacris and Beyonce's father Matthew Knowles. They all spoke and gave great insight for those who want to make it in the industry. I knew it was to good to be true. No award shows can go by without someone getting into a fight or getting arrested. Mos Def got arrested yesterday night after the star studded VMA's, but I think the reason was unjust. He was simply trying to prolonge the party. He was doing an a unauthorized performance. Big deal. Po-Po always have to ruin everything. So, they shut him down and arrested him for disorderly conduct. He was just trying to entertain the crowd. What's so wrong with that? But the fact still remains that there is always a headline cover story about what went wrong at the award shows. It never fails. I happen to like Mos def and if i was there I would've been boo-ing the Po-Po's. Boooooooooooo!!!!!!

If you watched the VMA's last night, then you seen this guy looking like he was being Diddy's new umbrella man. There was a part of the show when Diddy was being interviewed but he never said a word because Jackie Long (pictured above) spoke for him. I mean literally never spoke a word. Diddy just shrugged his shoulders and Long spoke for him. The Puff was trying to pin on the logo of his new album "Press Play" on the journalist and Farnsworth Long just kept on talking. For those of you unfamiliar, JL is the golf playing pro, Esquire, in the movie "ATL." I've been seeing him lately hanging around Diddy. He's also in the video I put on the site a couple of days ago with Justin (Diddy's son) doing the Chicken Noodle Soup dance. He's even in that video co-signing his son. I don't know what's going on or what Long's plans are but he's up to something. Now he's on the scene with Diddy. Maybe he's coming out with an album or something. I will find out the scoop and get back to you. In the mean time look out for Farnsworth Long. I actually like Jackie Bentley better. LOL

I must say that this is very big for these girls. Sorry Maleeka that you couldn't be a part of it, stick to Blind Dates. Anyway, these beauts are "Show Stopping" over everyone on the Billboard charts. Yesterday the numbers poured in and Danity Kane pushed to number 1 by selling 234,000 copies. OutKast sold 196,000 copies of their "Idlewild" soundtrack. What does this tell you people about Hip Hop? Is Nas right about Hip Hop being dead? I can't talk bad about these girls album because I haven't heard it, but when OutKast released "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below," they sold over 500,000 copies the first week. That's a lot in numbers and dollar signs. I wonder how many copies did each of these girls buy themselves? LOL. The fact still remains that they are number 1 but are they here to stay? Will they end up under the Bad Boy office like Diddy's past "Making Da Band" groups? What happened to Dream and O-Town? They fell off the earth or something? If I were them, I would come out with a book spilling all the Bad Boy beans. Well, only time will tell if Danity Kane is a huge success because of the likeings of reality television. Congrats DK. I don't know if I like this remix. The mix of the original beat with MJB's "Real Love" beat is the what I like. Candace is a cute chick but the duet sounds generic. It doesn't sound like it goes well together. I wonder if she will agree to make video with him now with all the Professional BJ photos going around of Neyo. Overall, she has a cool Cassie voice on the duet but I don't know. Did I mention that she has a song called "You and Me" and Cassie has one called "Me and You." Foxy Brown Is Famous For This Week.

"Fox Boogie Brown is bad as hell." Well, at least this week she is. Those hearing pills have her straight tripping. LOL. Yesterday, I spoke about her stealing belts and now she's trying to change her plea in court. Here's the story according to Newsday. On Monday, Foxy a.k.a Inga Marchand, pleaded guilty to roughing up those two nail salon techs. The plea she made guaranteed her less jail time and required her to be on 3 years of probation. Along with the probation, she would have to take anger management classes which she so desperately needs. Claiming that she was rushed into making her plea, Inga returned to the Court and tried to take away her plea bargain but the judge shut her down. The judge told her, "the plea stands." So, I guess Foxy left the Court room and kicked her attorney up the ass. LOL. Does anyone know if she has a new album coming out because this is way to much drama for one week without the attempt to promote. She just needs to get it together and take those classes. She's runing what little career she has left. Have a drink Foxy and chill out.

Elton is planning on crossing over with his plans to collaborate with Dr. Dre to create a hip-hop album. No question about it, Elton knows good music but in reference to hip-hop music he says, "I love these beats, but I have no idea how to get them." I guess with practice and hard work, Elton will try his best to attempt to make the best of it. When it comes to who he wants to work with, "Pharrell, Tmbaland, Snoop, Kanye, Eminem...," are those at the top of his list. I can definitely see Sir Elton making some money from this and also making some heads bop. When Elton John wants to crossover to hip hop, you know what that means.
